Speaker:  Monica Grumme

Monica Cuevas Grumme is the Director of Employee Engagement and Development for Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS. Beau Rivage is part of MGM Resorts, an international corporation with over 61,700 employees.

Monica has been a part of the Beau Rivage team since opening in 1998. She has held the positions of Human Resource Analyst, HRIS Compensation Manager, and Assistant Director of HR Recruitment and Compensation (MS Operations). In her current role, Monica has guided a team to deliver internal customer service in areas of communication, compliance, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, organizational and career development and performance management. In her role, she partners with the corporate team to develop and tailor HR programs for the Mississippi region including Gold Strike Resort in Tunica, MS.

Her most recent project was developing regional workflow processes, guiding execution of organizational hierarchy structure and online integrated help content to implement Workday™, a cloud based Human Capital Management System
