    Experience:

    Quentin is a senior associate and has worked in the health and welfare consulting area for nine years.  Quentin joined Mercer in 2006.  He has consulted on many health care and group benefits issues, including plan design, vendor selection and implementation, financial analysis, and healthcare reform.

    Education : Tulane University, BS in Mathematical Economics

    Professional Designations:

    Quentin is a licensed agent for life, accident and health plans in the states of Louisiana, Florida, California, Mississippi, Delaware, Washington, Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma and is enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification program.
