Join us for our December Chapter meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 14th as we close the year with food, fellowship, and fun! Our agenda includes:
- Breakfast
- Presentation of 2018 Board of Directors
- Year in review
- Presentation of community outreach donations
- Teambuilding project led by Debbie McVadon
The meeting will be held at the People’s Bank (Swetman Building at 727 Howard Avenue, Suite 204, Biloxi), and the cost will be $45 for GCHRA members; $55 for non-members.
GCHRA will present a $500 donation to three area nursing homes (one in Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson counties). In addition to the monetary gift, members are encouraged to bring items for residents in need. The items collected will be divided between the homes:
- Diabetic socks
- Toiletries (lotion, deodorant, chapstick)
- Nice blankets
- Cards
- Stationary
- Magazines (used or a subscription)
- Large print books
- Board games
- Puzzles
- Prepackaged craft kits
- Flashlights
