It's a goal we're all working for - retirement! It's never too early (or too late) to think about saving, and it's a critical benefit for our employees.
Managing a retirement plan can often be burdensome and overwhelming for employers. This session will ensure that each member has an understanding of how a retirement plan operates, the duties and responsibilities of an administrator, and how to best use the benefit to improve employee retention and attract new talent.

John Cottee, CRPS, joined Mutual of America in 2011 and has 11 years of experience in pension, insurance and financial services. He has completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 requirements and holds an applicable state insurance license in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Matthew Brandt joined Mutual of America in 2017 and has 4 years of experience in pension, insurance, and financial services. Mr. Brandt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Southeastern University and holds an applicable state insurance in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Presently, Matthew works with over 40 businesses in Mississippi and Alabama.
