Careers on the Coast: Networking and Job Fair

This event will serve as an opportunity for students from all disciplines on the campus to meet and interact with employers and professionals from the Gulf Coast region. The goal of this event is to provide students with an opportunity to be face to face with prospective employers in the community and practice developing professional communication, networking skills, to learn about current job openings & internships, and to establish professional contacts for future pursuit.
- From 3:30 – 4 PM, employers are invited to network and establish contacts with faculty members from the campus. Faculty members from all disciplines will be present to speak with employers about possible connections for collaboration.
- Each employer will be provided with a table and chair to set up materials and information from their respective place of business.
- Employers are invited to arrive to campus at 3 PM to begin setting up. A parking pass will be provided before the day of the fair.
Students from the following colleges will be in attendance at the fair:
- College of Business
- College of Science and Technology
- College of Health
- College of Arts and Letters
- College of Education and Psychology
- College of Nursing
We are invested in encouraging our students to begin building relationships with potential employers in the community prior to graduation.
