This month, we're going 'off script' with our Chapter meeting & topic: "Acting Out: HR Improv Workshop"!
In today’s fast-paced business climate, success follows people who can cope with change and adapt quickly with new ideas and solutions. Listening, working as teams, and generating ideas 'on the fly' are critical skills in business as well. This version of improvising will help HR professionals compete with whatever the business world throws at them!
This session has been approved for 1.0 SHRM PDC credits.

Local actor and business owner, Michael Frome, will lead the workshop.

No stranger to motivational speaking and team building programs, Michael hails from a show biz family and is the son of the late character actor Milton Frome. Michael has performed and/or directed numerous shows across the country and has presented his team building and motivational exercises to companies including Spherion Staffing, Gulf Coast Mental Health Center and Remedy Intelligent Staffing among other firms. He has recently served as Creative Director for Sleepy Hollow Children’s Theater in Sandy, Oregon.

Michael and his wife, Christy are the owners of Spherion Staffing in Gulfport. Christy is Past President of GCHRA.
