Are you an INTJ? An ESFP? ENFJ? What does it all mean?
Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI) is widely used in organizations for identifying personality preferences in ourselves and our co-workers; and enabling greater communication, trust, and productivity in the workplace.
Gayle Brown, Workforce Developer at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College will present Know Thyself: An MTBI Workshop.
In her role, Gayle works with local employers in meeting training needs and facilitating training reimbursements and with employers to implement Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
Gayle has Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Education degress from Mississippi State University and is active in various community service organizations.
