Biased, Who Me? - Understanding Biases in the Workplace

There are two types of biases; Conscious bias (also known as explicit bias) and Unconsicious bias (also known as implicit bias).

It is important to note that biases, conscious or unconscious, are not limited to ethnicity and race. This session will focus on unconscious implicit bias. We all have them, the goals are to encourage people to change behavior by developing and practicing new people skills and use a process to make a stronger inclusive workplace.
