    Anthony Herbert is an entrepreneur and educator who spends time cultivating relationships that enhance leadership, support education, promote community, and provide impact! With over 25 years of diverse experience, Anthony is currently a Senior Consultant with Inspired 4 Change Consulting, LLC.
    As an “Inspirational Change Agent,” Anthony helps leaders and organizations achieve their goals in a positive and efficient manner through leadership training and career coaching.
    Anthony is the proud co-author of the new book, “How To Lead People You Don’t Like: Real Talk About Getting Out of Your Own Way!”
    Anthony and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 25 years. Kimberly is a career educator who currently serves as a middle school assistant principal. They have two sons: Anthony, II, who is a senior at The University of Southern Mississippi, and Christian, who is a senior at Ocean Springs High School.
    Anthony is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where he earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree in education. He also holds a specialist degree in educational leadership from Mississippi State University.
    On two separate occasions, Anthony served as the head principal of Pascagoula High School where he led an amazing team of teachers and students who earned the National Blue Ribbon School Award. At the building level, Anthony served as a teacher, assistant principal, and alternative school principal. At the district level, Anthony provided several years of support as a director of transportation, operations, career technical education, and secondary curriculum.
    Although Anthony’s role as a business and education consultant allows him to positively impact lives daily, he still makes time to serve as a mentor, motivational speaker, fundraiser, and volunteer.

    Scherrine Davenport-Gray, aka, The Leadership Doctor, has been blazing the trails of organizational excellence for over 35 years! Her unique approach to leadership has allowed her to make long-lasting, positive impacts in every setting she has touched! The main ingredient in Scherrine’s “secret sauce” is centered around building respectful, empowering, and trusting relationships with her team members.
    Scherrine is currently a Senior Consultant with SDG Leadership Group, LLC. Although Scherrine works with anyone looking to make positive changes in their lives and careers, her main focus is helping women outline plans and strategies to successfully juggle the many hats and responsibilities they carry on a daily basis.

    Scherrine and her husband, Craig, have been married for 13 years. Craig is a supervisor for a large company in the oil industry. They have two children: Craig, Jr. (C.J.) and Scherrine (Reenie) who are seven-year-old twins.
    Scherrine is a graduate of Jackson State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She also holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from William Carey University and a doctorate from NOVA Southeastern University.
    Scherrine has served in numerous roles in the education arena including teacher, assistant principal, head principal, director of career technical education, and assistant superintendent. Although Scherrine’s role as a business and education consultant allows her to positively impact lives daily, she still makes time to serve as a mentor, motivational speaker, and volunteer.
    Scherrine enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of anyone she is blessed to meet. However, she is most proud of being C.J. and Reenie’s mother and the wife of Craig Steven Gray, Sr.
