Janea S. McDonald, PhD, PHR, SHRM-CP
Janea is the owner of Edge Consulting, LLC based out of Long Beach, Mississippi. Edge provides human capital consulting services to include employee training and development and related human resource activities to a variety of organizations across many industries.
Janea has over 25 years of experience working in HR in some form or fashion. She also spent several years as an adjunct instructor at various higher education institutions. In addition to her experience, Janea has her PhD in Human Capital Development, Master’s in Workforce Training and Development, and Bachelor’s in HR Management. She is PHR and SHRM-CP certified, as well as a certified training professional. Her greatest joy is helping people develop and grow.
