She will be speaking on the programs offered by Mental Health Association of South Mississippi; all of which are free. She will share information on how MHA can work with employers to bring wellness education to their staff. If employees are feeling good and moral is up, production will be better. She will also talk about stress management tips that are easy to utilize.
