2022 Goals & Objectives

Our Annual Goals and Objectives were developed through a collaboration of our membership. 

Members were invited to participate in a survey to help us better understand member needs, expectations, and perception of the Chapter. The survey results and feedback helped the Board and CLA Directors develop our initiatives:

1. Increase Retention Rate by 5%
2. Increase Membership Enrollment by 5%
3. Increase Student Membership by 5%
4. Elevate HR through Community Engagement
