President-elect

Kelly Collier brings over 20 years of HR experience in all areas of Human Resources to the GCHRA Chapter Leadership Team with emphasis in talent acquisition, employee relations and workforce development. 

Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Spanish and Forensic Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also earned duel Master degrees in both Management and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.

She has been a member of the Gulf Coast Human Resource Association for several years and now serves as the President-elect for 2021.

Kelly is a lifelong resident of the Long Beach, MS. and has been married to her husband Kevin for 33 years. They are the parents of three beautiful daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys working with children, the elderly and volunteering at her church.
