    Stephanie, along with her husband of over 25 years, started Coastal Workplace Benefits in 2013 to take a visionary approach to solving corporate concerns over cost and regulations surrounding benefits.  Coastal Workplace Benefits is a boutique agency located in Mobile, Alabama, providing strategic benefits consulting services and specializing in creative and compliant benefits-related cost containment solutions and HR consulting in the realm of benefits administration.  Prior to starting this business, Stephanie worked for nine years consulting on OSHA, RCRA and other state regulatory compliance issues. As a benefits advisor, Stephanie offers a consultative approach using her strong analytical background and knowledge of state and federal regulations, including the Affordable Care Act, to help clients restructure health plans to achieve cost savings and improve benefits while maintaining regulatory compliance.  Stephanie is passionate about her mission to help businesses implement and maintain employee benefit plans with exceptional strength of contract and creative and compliant plan designs while building lasting relationships as a member of the HR team on the client level.
