Eddi Daniel Abdulhaqq will providing an overview of the federal employment anti-discrimination laws the EEOC enforces (Title VII, ADEA, EPA, ADA/ADAAA, GINA); To explain the reasons employers need to know and adhere to the law and how a violation of a federal law may adversely affect an employer’s business; To discuss how a charge is investigated using theories of discrimination and elements of proof.
